How much does construction cost in Dubai?
Villa construction runs roughly AED 390–1,000+ per sqft (typically AED 1.5M–6M for a 4–6 bedroom villa); warehouses around AED 180–250/sqft; G+10 buildings AED 400–880/sqft of built-up area. We quote fixed from a real BOQ after a free feasibility visit.
Do you handle the permits and NOCs?
Yes — Dubai Municipality / DMT building permits, community or free-zone NOCs, DEWA/ADDC, Civil Defence and telecom approvals are all secured in-house, in parallel, before we break ground.
Are you a licensed building contractor?
Yes — Dubai Municipality licensed, and for buildings above G+4 in Dubai a Grade-1 classification is required, earned through DM-certified engineers. We hold the classification your project category needs.
Which emirates do you build in?
Across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates — with the correct authority path for each (DM/Al Sa'fat in Dubai, DMT/Estidama in Abu Dhabi, and so on).
Do you design as well as build?
