Do you handle Dubai Municipality approvals for commercial fit-outs?

Yes. Every commercial fit-out in Dubai requires municipality approval, and the requirements differ depending on whether the space is an office, restaurant, retail unit or medical facility. We handle the full approval process including floor plan submissions, civil defence compliance, DEWA coordination and trade licence-related approvals. This is included in our project scope.

Can you work outside business hours to avoid disruption?

Absolutely. For occupied buildings and operating businesses, we routinely schedule noisy works during evenings, weekends or building-permitted hours. We also offer phased delivery so parts of your space can remain operational while others are being fitted out. This is particularly common with retail and restaurant projects.

How long does a commercial interior fit-out take?

A small office fit-out typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. A medium-sized commercial space such as a restaurant or clinic takes 8 to 14 weeks. Large-format retail or multi-floor offices can take 4 to 6 months. Lead times depend on design complexity, material procurement and the approval process. We provide a detailed programme during the design phase.

Do you supply furniture and FF&E for commercial projects?

Yes. We handle complete FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) procurement for commercial projects. This includes office workstations, reception desks, restaurant seating, display units, lighting systems and acoustic solutions. We source from commercial-grade manufacturers and can provide custom-built pieces where standard products do not meet the brief.
