Roughly AED 80–400 per sqft depending on use and spec — offices AED 80–250/sqft, retail AED 150–400/sqft, restaurants driven by the kitchen, salons by wet-works. We quote fixed per scope after a free site visit.
Do you handle the fit-out NOCs and approvals?
Yes — building/mall fit-out NOC, Civil Defence, MEP, and the use-specific approvals (Foodwatch for F&B, DHA for clinics, signage for retail) are all secured in-house, in parallel.
How fast can you fit out and hand over?
From 2–4 weeks for a refresh to 8–16 weeks for a full commercial fit-out, including approvals. We commit to your handover/launch date in writing and run out-of-hours where needed.
