Design Development
Our in-house architects and engineers produce construction-ready drawings, 3D visualisations and all technical documentation.
Authority Submission
We submit to the relevant authorities — Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA or developer — and manage all revisions and queries.
Approval & Handover
Once approved, we hand you the stamped drawings and permits. If you are building with us, we move straight into construction.
