Every product we supply comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and we act as your local point of contact for any claims. If a mechanism fails, a fabric tears prematurely or a light fixture malfunctions, you call us — not a factory in Italy. We handle the claim, arrange the replacement and coordinate the swap.

This includes lighting layout planning, fixture selection, dimming and control system specification, decorative and architectural lighting sourcing, and full installation. We work with leading European lighting brands as well as specialist manufacturers for custom chandeliers, LED profiles and landscape lighting.
Standard production and shipping from Italian and European manufacturers typically takes 8 to 14 weeks. Some brands offer express production in 4 to 6 weeks at a premium. We factor these lead times into the project programme from the start and coordinate delivery with installation schedules so everything arrives when needed. For urgent requirements, we also source from UAE-based manufacturers and stock items.
Yes — this is a turnkey service. We handle shipping, customs clearance, warehousing (if items arrive before the space is ready), delivery to your home and professional installation. Our team assembles, positions and levels every piece. We also handle any protective wrapping removal, packaging disposal and post-installation adjustments.
