Our fixed-price pool construction packages include everything: design consultation, 3D visualisation, structural drawings, all approvals and NOCs, excavation and disposal, reinforced concrete pool shell, internal waterproofing, premium pool tiling (mosaic or porcelain), filtration system and pump, LED underwater and perimeter lighting, pool deck tiling or natural stone, safety fence or glass balustrade (if required), commissioning and water treatment, and a 3-year workmanship warranty.

We build every type of residential pool: plunge pools for smaller plots, family pools with shallow and deep ends, lap pools for fitness, infinity and vanishing-edge pools, natural pools with stone features, and custom freeform designs. We also handle pool renovations — retiling, equipment upgrades, deck resurfacing, and conversions from chlorine to salt water systems.
The Process
Step 1: Free site visit in Living Legends — we assess your plot, discuss your vision, and recommend the best pool type and position. Step 2: Design and quotation — 3D visualisation and fixed-price proposal. Step 3: Approvals — we handle all community NOC submissions. Step 4: Construction — 8-12 weeks from excavation to handover. Step 5: Commissioning and handover — water treatment setup, equipment training, warranty certificate.
